A practical movement plan

Provide event dates, hotels and venues, group sizes, arrival waves, required rotations, luggage and an on-site contact. Include access restrictions, coach parking and any passenger assistance needs. Timings and driver requirements are reviewed before commitment. When additional capacity is required, the operating solution is coordinated according to the assignment.
