Data collected
Quotation, contact and client-area functions may collect identity, company, contact details, journey information, passenger count, itinerary, account information, referral source and any document voluntarily attached.
Purposes and legal basis
Data submitted for a quotation is used to answer the request, review operational feasibility and prepare a proposal. This processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Account data is processed to provide the client-area service requested by the user. Where commercial prospecting is carried out, it is managed under the applicable legal basis and right to object.
Retention
Information needed to manage an unsuccessful quotation is intended to be retained for no longer than 12 months. Prospect data used for commercial prospecting may be retained for up to 36 months from collection or the last active contact from the prospect. Contract, invoicing and accounting records follow their applicable statutory retention periods.
Recipients and processors
Access is limited to authorised France Prestige Travel personnel and service providers necessary for hosting, email, website operation and technical support. The website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Data is not sold to advertisers.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing by writing to contact@franceprestigetravel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or the competent data-protection authority.
